K-Beauty Brand: Multi-Channel DTC Launch

This Korean beauty (K-Beauty) brand was entering the competitive U.S. market with a strong product line but no established digital presence. They needed to simultaneously launch on Amazon and build a direct-to-consumer storefront — all while competing against entrenched beauty incumbents. We executed a multi-channel launch strategy spanning Amazon, DTC, and paid media:
  • Amazon listing optimization — Created premium A+ content, optimized product titles and bullet points for search, and designed lifestyle imagery that resonated with the target demographic
  • DTC website design — Built a high-converting e-commerce storefront with brand-consistent design, intuitive product discovery, and mobile-first UX
  • Google Ads campaigns — Launched branded and non-branded search campaigns targeting high-intent beauty and skincare keywords
  • Meta Ads strategy — Developed creative assets and audience targeting across Facebook and Instagram to build brand awareness and drive conversions
  • GTM planning — Coordinated launch timing, promotional strategy, and influencer seeding to maximize initial momentum
Within 6 months of launch:
  • 3x channel revenue compared to pre-launch projections
  • Top 10 category rank on Amazon for primary product keywords
  • Strong DTC conversion rates driven by optimized landing pages and retargeting
  • Sustainable paid media performance with profitable ROAS across both Google and Meta
