Pick one or two platforms, then show up like clockwork
AI can draft your content pillars, write a full 90-day posting calendar, and spin one video into three platform-native captions in seconds.
A scheduler like Buffer (buffer.com) or Later (later.com) covers what AI can't: publishing on time and telling you which posts actually earned saves and shares.

You are my organic social strategist. Build a 90-day posting plan from my inputs.
My inputs:
- Product: [product / what you sell]
- Audience: [who buys, and where they spend time]
- Weekly capacity: [realistic posts I can make per week, e.g. 4]
Do this:
1. Recommend 1-2 platforms that fit my audience. Base the fit on where this buyer actually is, not on platform size. If you are unsure, tell me to check the platform-audiences note on this site for the fit matrix instead of guessing.
2. Define exactly 3 content pillars I can repeat forever. Name each pillar and give 2 example post ideas.
3. Build a 90-day plan as ONE markdown table with columns: Week block | Platform | Pillar | Posts/week | Example post idea. Use three rows per week-block (Weeks 1-4, 5-8, 9-12) and split my weekly capacity across the pillars roughly one third value, one third engagement, one third promo.
4. Keep posts/week inside sustainable ranges widely recommended for 2026 (Instagram 3-5/wk, TikTok 2-5/wk, Facebook 1-2/day, LinkedIn 2-5/wk). Cite the source next to any range you can confirm.
Do not guess or estimate any number. Every figure must come from a tool you opened or a source you can cite, and give the source next to it. If you cannot get a real number, leave it blank and ask me to fill it in. If you can't browse, keep the platform-fit reasoning general and tell me to check the platform-audiences note.
Or do it in 5 steps
- Pick 1-2 platforms by audience fit, not platform count. Match the buyer to the platform: visual, considered-purchase products fit Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest; B2B fits LinkedIn; anything people search for fits YouTube. See the platform-audiences note on this site for the full fit matrix. Two platforms done well beat five done thin.
- Define exactly 3 content pillars, the recurring topics you can repeat indefinitely (for example product-in-use, behind-the-scenes, education). Aim for a rough split of one third value, one third community, one third promo. An all-offers feed reads as an ad account, not a brand people choose to follow.
- Set a sustainable cadence per platform: Instagram 3-5 posts/week, TikTok 2-5/week, Facebook 1-2/day, LinkedIn 2-5/week (commonly recommended 2026 ranges; confirm against each platform's own creator guidance). Steady rhythm beats a daily streak that dies in a month.
- Lock a weekly slot schedule: assign every post a fixed day, platform and pillar (see the worked example below), then batch-create and schedule it in Buffer or Later so it publishes even on busy weeks. This is the 90-day consistency plan in practice: the same slots, repeated every week.
- Boost your weekly winner. Each week, rank the last 7 days of posts by saves, shares and DM sends, not likes. Sends and saves are what platforms weight most in 2026 (per Hootsuite's algorithm guide and Instagram's Adam Mosseri). Put a small paid budget behind the single best one. Done looks like: 3 pillars live, a full 90-day slot schedule, one winner boosted weekly.
Worked example: a 4-posts-a-week slot schedule
Say your capacity is 4 posts a week across Instagram and TikTok, with 3 pillars (Value, Community, Promo). One week of the 90-day plan looks like:
| Day | Platform | Pillar |
|---|
| Mon | Instagram Reel | Value (how-to / tip) |
| Wed | TikTok | Community (customer story / trend) |
| Fri | Instagram Reel | Promo (product-in-use) |
| Sat | TikTok | Value (education) |
That is 4 posts/week, well inside sustainable ranges, with the one-third value, community, promo split holding across the week. Repeat these four slots for 12 weeks and you have the whole 90 days. One vertical video can feed both platforms with light edits.
Review the plan monthly; re-pick platforms only when your audience moves.
